RIYAZ UDDIN

A third-generation miniature artist, Riyaz Uddin began painting at the age of thirteen, working across Rajasthani, Mughal and Deccani miniature traditions. His practice is grounded in close attention to line, pigment and ornament, using natural colours and gold to carry these historic techniques into contemporary objects and surfaces.

The Serpent Tray

Bringing together ancient artistry and contemporary form, in each brushstroke lives a story of heritage, symbolism, and Jaipur’s centuries-old miniature tradition.
